How our pricing works...

Single repair fee

We have a single repair fee for all repairs, charged at £79 plus VAT for most areas and £99 plus VAT in some Inner London postcodes.

The repair fee covers you for the cost of our engineer's call-out and completed repair, regardless of how many visits are required. All you pay on top of the repair fee is the cost of any spare parts that are required to complete the job.

Our engineers will diagnose the fault prior to your visit and will attend your property with any spare parts that feel may be required to complete the repair. However, we will only charge you for the spare parts that are needed for the fix.

Guarantee

Any spare parts fitted by our engineers are guaranteed for 3 months. If a fitted component fails within 3 months, we will not charge for the new spare part.
